See which campaigns create paying patients.

The cold-traffic problem

Most clinics already generate leads.
The issue is revenue visibility.

Clinic operators can usually see enquiries and bookings. What they cannot reliably see is which campaigns create attended consultations, paid treatments and high-value patient revenue.

01

Lead quality varies by channel

A campaign can produce cheap enquiries while quietly creating poor attendance, weak consultation conversion, or low-value treatment demand.

02

WhatsApp follow-up is invisible

Many clinics rely on WhatsApp to convert enquiries, but response speed, booking outcome and no-show risk rarely flow back into ad reporting.

03

Agency reports stop too early

Most reports show CPL, clicks and lead volume. Clinic owners need to see booked consultations, attended appointments and treatment revenue.

04

Budget decisions lack evidence

Without revenue attribution, spend is reallocated based on gut feel, agency summaries, or whichever channel feels most active this month.

The shift

From fragmented reporting
to revenue visibility.

✕  Without Piplo
Ad reports, WhatsApp chats and spreadsheets reviewed separately
No clear view of which sources created attended consultations
Budget decisions based on CPL, lead volume or agency summaries
Treatment revenue disconnected from the campaign that started it
Reporting built manually each month - slow, inconsistent, untrusted
Agency invoices arrive without independent verification of outcomes
✦  With Piplo
One operating view across source, booking, attendance and revenue
No-show and conversion leakage visible by source and campaign
Monthly reporting tied to patient acquisition economics - not just lead counts
Management can see which campaigns deserve more budget - from your own data
Reporting runs automatically - monthly brief delivered without manual effort
Agency performance reviewed independently against your booking and revenue records
Patient journey

Every stage of your funnel - made visible.

Piplo tracks conversion drop-offs across each stage - not just the first and last.

What this enables
When you can see that a particular channel produces leads that consistently don't attend, you can make an evidence-based decision about that channel - rather than assuming the problem is your ads or your team.

Stages shown are illustrative. Specific data availability depends on your clinic's systems and what can be connected during setup.

How it works

Start with a revenue visibility audit.

The audit is the first step: it reveals reporting blind spots and data gaps before you commit to dashboard implementation.

STEP 01

Revenue visibility audit

Map your acquisition workflow, data sources, reporting gaps, manual workarounds and patient journey leakage points. Delivered as a written report with findings and a dashboard blueprint.

RM1,000 · typically 7-10 business days
STEP 02

Dashboard implementation

Build the reporting layer across ads, WhatsApp workflows, bookings, attendance and treatment revenue. Connected to the data sources confirmed as available during your audit.

From RM5,500 · 2-4 weeks
STEP 03

Monthly reporting ops

Refresh dashboards, check data quality and translate performance changes into budget and follow-up observations. Delivered as a monthly management brief.

From RM2,000/month

Response delays above 20 minutes created visible booking leakage in WhatsApp-heavy workflows
Branch-level booking and attendance reporting was inconsistent across teams
Best-fit clinics

Built for clinics already investing in patient acquisition.

Piplo is not for clinics looking for their first few leads. It is for operators who already have lead flow and need revenue-level clarity.

Aesthetic or dental clinics spending RM 10k+/month on ads
Multi-branch operators with inconsistent branch-level reporting
Clinics using agencies but lacking patient-level revenue visibility
Teams relying on WhatsApp, manual follow-ups and spreadsheet reporting
Pricing

Start with clarity before
building the system.

The audit is a low-friction first step - designed for cold prospects and founder-led sales conversations.

Early access

Early-access pricing for founding clients

Piplo is building its first client cohort and is offering early-access rates - audit (RM1,000) + dashboard setup (RM5,500) + monthly ops (RM2,000/month, 3-month minimum) - in exchange for honest feedback and a case study after month 3. Places are limited and subject to mutual fit.

Common questions

Answered before you have to ask.

Do you need access to patient health records?
No - never. Piplo uses high-level business fields only: source, appointment status, service category, revenue amount and date. We do not require, access or store medical records, diagnoses, NRIC numbers or any personal health information.
We already work with a digital agency. Does Piplo replace them?
No. Piplo is a reporting and attribution layer - not a campaign execution service. We work alongside your existing agency. Having independent data typically makes agency conversations more productive, not adversarial.
How do you connect to our booking system?
We work with data exports, CSV uploads or available APIs from whatever system your clinic uses. We confirm what's technically connectable during the revenue audit - before any build work begins. No mandatory software changes required.
We have multiple branches. Can Piplo handle that?
Yes. Multi-location setups are scoped during the audit. Branch-level performance comparison is part of the standard dashboard framework. Multi-location pricing starts from RM 12,000 and is confirmed after audit based on scope.
Is this compliant with Malaysian healthcare advertising rules?
Piplo builds reporting infrastructure - not advertising campaigns. Our data architecture does not collect patient-identifiable information and is designed to be PDPA-aligned. KKLIU compliance for your advertising campaigns remains your clinic's responsibility. We recommend consulting a qualified healthcare marketing specialist or KKLIU directly for advertising compliance matters.
What if the audit doesn't find significant gaps?
If the audit concludes your reporting is already well-connected, we will say so clearly. The audit is a standalone deliverable. There is no obligation to proceed to a dashboard setup - that decision is entirely yours.
